A small vintage rug from the Konya region, the size Turkish families call a yastık. A bright red diamond holds an ivory medallion of stylised flowers and hooks, set on a deep navy, almost black ground, with olive-green and ivory borders of little vases and stars. The wool pile is thick and glossy. Ideal at a front door, beside a bed or in a bathroom.
