An appealing Extra Large Oriental Rug measuring 12 ft 9 in x 9 ft 9 in (393 cms x 292 cms) in shades of Pink/Black/Grey and Cream/Ivory. This is an Antique Wash, softly coloured Turkish Vintage Rug which has been “color reformed” / “sun faded” and the pile reduced to produce the muted / distressed “Vintage" appearance so popular for interior home decoration at this time.
Best suited to a large Living Room or for placement under a Dining Room Table. Hand made in Central Anatolia, Turkey the 60s and 70s, woven of wool on cotton and in excellent condition, these rugs combine a contemporary colour palette with vintage design appeal. The reduced pile allows for flexibility of placement under furniture and ease of cleaning.
