Shipping Policy

Free worldwide shipping on every rug. Fully tracked, fully insured.

Delivery times

All orders ship from Istanbul via UPS Express or DHL Express. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the rug leaves the gallery.

  • USA & Canada: 3–5 business days
  • UK & EU: 2–4 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 4–7 business days
  • Rest of world: 5–10 business days

Orders placed before 14:00 (Istanbul time) Monday to Friday usually ship the same day. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.

Shipping cost

Free worldwide. We absorb the courier cost on every order, regardless of size, weight, or destination — no minimum spend required.

Customs & import duties

For buyers in the USA, UK, EU, and Canada, all customs fees and import duties are pre-paid by us. You will not be asked for additional charges on delivery.

For other destinations (e.g. Australia, Japan, UAE, Brazil), local customs fees and import duties may apply on arrival. These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. We mark all shipments with their accurate declared value as required by international law.

Insurance

Every shipment is fully insured for its retail value. If a rug arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph the packaging and the damaged rug within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Email the photos to info@turkishrug.com with your order number.
  3. We will arrange a free return collection and either replace the piece or issue a full refund (including shipping).

Tracking

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number when your parcel ships. Track your shipment directly on the courier’s website (UPS or DHL). For real-time updates, you can also reply to the shipping email and we’ll confirm the latest status from our side.

Address changes

If you need to update the shipping address after placing your order, please email us within 4 hours of order placement. Once the parcel is in transit we cannot reroute it. If the parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, we’ll re-ship at the buyer’s cost.

Multiple addresses / split shipments

If you order multiple rugs and want them shipped to different addresses, place separate orders for each address. Combined orders to multiple destinations are not currently supported.
