Are your rugs authentic and hand-woven?
Yes. Every rug we sell is hand-woven in Turkey, mostly in small Anatolian villages. We do not stock machine-made or factory reproductions. Each piece is sourced personally from weavers and dealers we know.
How long does shipping take?
We ship worldwide via door-to-door tracked courier. Most international orders arrive within 3–7 business days from Istanbul. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your rug ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes — we offer free worldwide shipping on every rug. There are no surprise customs fees or handling charges for buyers in the US, UK, EU, or Canada; we cover those costs at checkout.
Can I return a rug if it doesn't fit my space?
Absolutely. We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. The rug must be in its original condition. We'll arrange a courier collection; return shipping is at the buyer's cost unless the item arrived damaged or differs from the listing.
How do I know the colors will match my room?
Each rug is photographed in natural daylight against a neutral background. If you'd like additional photos in different lighting before purchasing, just contact us and we'll send you more.
Are the dyes natural?
Most of our vintage and antique rugs are dyed with traditional vegetable and root dyes. Newer pieces sometimes use synthetic dyes for stronger color saturation; this is noted in the product description where relevant.
How should I care for my rug?
Vacuum on the lowest suction setting (no rotating brush). Spot-clean spills with cold water and a mild soap. For deep cleaning, use a professional rug cleaner familiar with hand-knotted wool. Avoid direct sunlight on dyed areas to prevent fading.
Do you offer wholesale or trade pricing?

What happens if my rug arrives damaged?
Every shipment is fully insured. If a rug arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the rug, and email us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a free return and either replace the piece or issue a full refund.
Can you source a specific rug for me?
Yes. If you have a size, style, color, or origin in mind that's not in our current collection, we can search our partner network and bring back options for you. There's no charge for the search.
