DISTANCE SELLING AGREEMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL NOTIFICATION FORM

 1) TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Delivery Policy

Dispatch is normally 3-6 working days from the date the order is placed. We will send you, by email, an Order Confirmation and if, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your Order within 6 (six) working days we will also communicate this fact by email. You have the right to cancel your Order and receive a full refund if the new / revised Shipping Date is unsuitable.

We will notifiy you of the Order / Delivery progress as follows:


1) Order Confirmation email with estimated Shipping timeframe

2) Shipping Confirmation email with Tracking Number

3) All Shipments may be followed “door to door” on the relevant Courier Company’s website

 Generally, Orders are delivered according to the following timeframes

USA: 3-6 working days from dispatch\+

UK:   2-6 working days from dispatch

Europe / EU: 2-6 working days from dispatch

Rest of World: 5-15 working days from dispatch

Delivery timeframes may be extended due to local or International Public Holidays and during busy periods, or as a result of disruptions to services consequent of adverse weather or Postal / Transport strikes.

Delayed / Missing International Shipments are not notifiable as “lost” until 20 working days (25 outside Europe) after the Courier Company’s expected delivery date

International customers are responsible for ensuring the goods are acceptable in their country and for payment of all local Sales Taxes and Customs Import Duty, as well as any other Processing and Import Fees.

Consumers must provide a correct delivery address.and it is our Policye to only ship to the address on the Order. If delivery to a different address is requested after the Order is placed, we will cancel and the Order can be re-submitted according to the correct / revised delivery instructions.

2) TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Refund Policy

All our Consumer sales on this website, www.turkishrug.com, are subject to Turkish Law and Regulation  (including the Consumer Rights act 2015, and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.)

In addition, we comply fully with all requirements of the EU Directive on Distance Selling Regulations 2011 and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014  .

3) TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Right of Withdrawal

The Consumer may cancel for any reason from the date of Order until the end of 14 Calendar days after the day of delivery to customer.
Notification of Cancellation must be received by us before the 14 day Cancellation period has expired (in writing by post, email etc)

We have provided a “Notification of Request to Cancel” pro-forma for your use (attached below).

Where goods have not yet been dispatched, we will issue a full refund of the order value (including shipping paid by Consumer) if the Request to Cancel is received within 14 days of Order placement.

If an Order is Cancelled after dispatch, the Consumer may either refuse delivery and have the Courier Company return the parcel to the Sender or, if delivery has been accepted, the  Consumer should arrange return shipment.

Cancelled goods that have been delivered to the customer must be sent back within 14 days of cancellation. Please return goods in a resaleable condition ie. original packaging and clean.

Return shipment of Cancelled items is to be arranged by the Consumer at the Consumer’s expense. The Consumer is responsible for the successful delivery of all Returned goods and it is recommended that Returned goods are adequately packed and insured against loss or damage in transit. A Courier Service / Company and Shipment option which provided Tracked progress and Signature on Delivery.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:
1) Custom, Made to Order or Personalized Orders
2) Digital downloads or e-mailed files.

For International returns from outside Turkey, please mark the parcel "RETURNED GOODS". and complete and attach a completed Customs Declaration CN22 or CN23 form  It is not our Policy to refund Customs Import Duties or local Country / State Sales Taxes paid by the Consumer according to the requirements of the Consumer’s Country / State. Consumers are advised to retain all electronic copies of the transaction and proof of return posting if they intend to apply for a refund of any  Customs Import duties and Local Sales taxes paid to receive the goods.

4) TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation Form

UK / EU law requires that, before an Order is placed, Sellers provide Consumers with, a "Form" for use when exercising their “Right of Withdrawal”

However, whilst it is mandated that a Seller provides this ”Form”, it is not essential that a Consumer uses it
