A “Vintage Style”, Small Red and Yellow Vintage Turkish Rug measuring 3' 4" x 1' 9" (101 cms x 52 cms). This lovely, hand-knotted small mat probably began its' life as a floor / sleeping pillow or storage bag for everyday use in village homes or in tents on nomadic travels.
This mat was traditionally woven using locally sourced sheep wool in Central Anatolia, Turkey up to 60 years ago.
This Small Mat is perfect for use in entry ways, in front of the sink in the kitchen or beside a bed etc.
