Unique tribal design Turkish Herki Hallway Runner Rug woven by Herki Kurdish Tribal weavers in the mountainous regions of Far South Eastern Turkey over 60 years ago. Using 100% locally sourced natural sheep wool colored by vegetable dyes. Herki weavings remain true to their primitive tribal origins due to the relative isolation of these tribes who continue to pass their rug weaving culture from generation to generation, long after it has died out in more urban settings.
