This is a 100% Handmade, Vintage, Wool Knotted Pile Rug, made in Far South Eastern Turkey by Tribal Weavers up to 80 years ago. Finely woven and intricately patterned, this rug is more influenced by the fine Oriental weavings intended for commercial trade than the more rudimentary utilitarian village weavings made for domestic use.
