Monochrome rug in shades of Blue and brown and red which has very unique temple / mosque motifs featured in the central panel and a delicate geometric design border. This tightly knotted, hand-made rug is woven after the Hamadan, Zanjan style, in Far South Eastern Anatolia by Turkoman Tribal Weavers up to 60 years ago. This rug features stylised central geometric medallions complimented by intricate floral motifs scattered throughout the central field and detailed borders.
Measures; 6 ft 4 in x 3 ft 6in (194 cm x 109 cm).
