Traditional Design Chevron (Zig Zag) Motif Flat-weave Kilim Rug, originally handmade in the Esme / Denizle region of Usak, Western Anatolia, Turkey by Tribal Weavers up to 60 years ago. Locally sources sheep wool is expertly colored with natural, vegetable dyes and then hand spun by village spinners. This rug features large geometric medallion patterns in Indigo, Brown, Green, Grey and Cream running the length of the central field which are mirrored / repeated either side to create the distinctive "Dazzle" pattern for which these Denizle rugs are renowned
