This is a visually appealing, 100% Handmade, Vintage, Organic Wool Flat-weave, Turkish Kilim Rug, made in South Western Anatolia, Turkey by Tribal Weavers up to 30 years ago. The simple basic flat-weave design in beige,ivory and grey/black is decorated in an abstract manner with a bold , irregular linear design in strong black. This Kilim has been made of locally sourced sheep wool colored with vegetable dyes using a unique technique to produce the softly variegated, muted colors which compliment contemporary home decor trends. This rug is the perfect way to add a traditional piece of the past to the present-day home.
